Caleb Fayers is a Behavioural Practitioner based in Greater Western Sydney with a strong commitment to supporting individuals with diverse needs. His professional journey began early through volunteering with Riding for the Disabled, an experience that inspired a lifelong passion for disability support. This foundation, combined with his family’s influence, shaped his dedication to creating positive change for participants and their communities.
Caleb is currently completing a Bachelor of Education (Secondary with Inclusive Education) at Western Sydney University, expected to be completed in 2026. He plans to further develop his expertise through postgraduate studies, aspiring to complete a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis and eventually a PhD in a related field. His practice is informed by evidence-based approaches, with a focus on collaborative, strengths-based strategies that build capacity, independence, and meaningful engagement across home, school, and community settings.
Professionally, Caleb has experience across education, health, and disability services. He has worked within the Department of Education as a School Learning Support Officer, provided direct support through Western Sydney Support Services, and founded EDS Academy to empower learners through academic and personal skill development. These experiences, spanning education, disability, and community work, have given Caleb a well-rounded foundation in supporting individuals and their families.
Caleb is an advocate for participants and their diverse needs, ensuring that their voices, rights, and goals remain at the centre of all supports. He is passionate about making behaviour support accessible, practical, and respectful, and about fostering environments where participants can thrive. Bringing warmth, professionalism, and a deep passion for assisting others, Caleb works alongside participants, families, and support networks to promote inclusion, independence, and long-term positive outcomes.
