Joshua is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with Insightful Impact, providing services across the Nepean Blue Mountains and Greater Western Sydney regions. With three years of experience as a support worker and two years as an NDIS Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner, he has supported participants to achieve meaningful goals and improve their quality of life. Joshua completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) in 2025 and is currently undertaking a Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University.
As an autistic ADHDer with lived experience of mental health conditions, Joshua brings both professional competencies and personal insight into his practice. He is deeply committed to bridging the gap between theory and real world application; ensuring that principles such as person centred planning, self determination, and human rights are meaningfully embedded in everyday support.
Joshua is passionate about improving the accessibility and quality of mental health care and behaviour support services. He places a strong emphasis on building collaborative, trusting relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders; striving to create supports that are empowering, practical, and responsive to each person’s needs.
