About Rebecca Agnew

Rebecca is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with Insightful Impact who is based in South West Sydney and provides services to the Campbelltown, Camden, Liverpool and Bankstown regions. As a NDIS registered Behaviour Support Practitioner Rebecca provides behaviour support services to individuals within the context of the National Disability Insurance Scheme funded supports. This includes behavioural assessments, behaviour support plan development with strategies and training which fundamentally aim to address the function of behaviour/s in a safe and positive manner.

Since commencing work in the disability service sector in 2020, Rebecca has focused on supporting clients with mental health disorders and psychosocial disabilities. She has also worked as a Psychosocial Recovery Coach and a Support Coordinator where she was able to develop a comprehensive applied knowledge of NDIS legislation, NDIS Plan implementation across a wide range of NDIS interfaces and complex service delivery models. Rebecca has a Diploma in Community Services and is currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.
