About Samantha Smith

Samantha Smith is a dedicated NDIS Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with Insightful Impact. Samantha specialises in developing a strong person-centred approach, using culturally safe and positive strategies to address the underlying function of behaviours within the framework of NDIS-funded supports.

With a Diploma of Community Services and extensive experience in multidisciplinary environments, Samantha brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to her role. Her ability to build strong rapport with participants, families, and support staff is underpinned by her naturally empathetic and thoughtful approach.

Samantha has a strong foundation in Mental Health and Human Services with additional certifications in inclusion, diversity, and cultural competence. Her lived experience with neurodiversity —as a practitioner, a parent, and an advocate—drives her passion for empowering individuals to recognise their natural strengths and build lasting capabilities through skill-focused initiatives.

Samantha is deeply committed to fostering inclusion and diversity, ensuring culturally safe practices, and creating meaningful, person-centred outcomes for those she supports.
