Tracey provides Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination with Insightful Impact.
Tracey has been active in the Community Services Sector in the Blue Mountains and Greater Western Sydney area for 10 years including roles in Disability, Mental Health and Community development.
In 2016 Tracey was recruited as the first full-time Support Coordinator for a trusted local not-for-profit as they pivoted from providing block funded services to meet an increasing demand for NDIS services. Tracey’s reputation for person-centred, strength-based casework, and knowledge of existing and emerging legislation and client rights positioned her as the preferred candidate for this role. Over the next 7 years Tracey developed a reputation as an expert in the sector who was happy to share her knowledge. Tracey is known for always having her clients at the centre of her practice.
Tracey has now transitioned to Insightful Impact and is focused on continuing to support participants across the Greater Western Sydney to Lithgow areas.
Tracey has extensive experience working with participants and families with complex needs. She has assisted participants to meet and work towards meeting their individual goals with NDIS funded, mainstream and community supports. Tracey has provided Support Coordination to support Home and Living options including SIL, SDA, and supports to remain at home, NDIS access, NDIS Reviews, and AAT exploration and connection.
Tracey has lived experience supporting a family member living with a disability and accessing NDIS supports with Insightful Impact.
