Holding Positive Behaviour Support Certification from Monash University, Fiona has worked across a wide range of roles, including forward-facing and senior management positions. Her approach is grounded in behavioural analysis and shaped by a strong commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed support.
Fiona has worked alongside individuals with diverse and complex needs, including those experiencing psychosocial disability, acquired brain injury, intellectual disability, trauma, and substance use challenges.
