With over five years of experience providing direct client support, Jack has seen firsthand the positive impact that meaningful, person-centred care can have on people’s lives. He believes in the importance of ensuring individuals are supported with their needs and goals.
Jack assists participants in navigating the complexities of the NDIS and dealing with systems. Guiding them to make informed decisions. He understands the social model of disability & recognises barriers caused by society. Focusing on inclusion & awareness, with support workers, family, informal supports, providers, services, medical professionals, allied health, therapists & the community, working together to get on the same page.
His passion has led him to complete Certificate IV in Disability and Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance. Continuing building his knowledge Jack is now studying Diploma of Counselling & Diploma of Mental Health.
