Jazz Singer Goldberg is an experienced and passionate Advanced NDIS-Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner, with over a decade of clinical and community-based experience supporting individuals across the lifespan who engage in complex and high-risk behaviours.
With a strong foundation in Behaviour analysis, psychology, and disability advocacy, Jazz is known for her person-centred, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach to Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) planning.
Her work spans paediatric, forensic, and neurodivergent populations, including individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, ADHD, ODD, and/or comorbid psychosocial disabilities. She has a strong track record of building rapport, mentoring core and proficient-level practitioners and is dedicated to upskilling teams through clinical and peer supervision.
Jazz brings not only clinical expertise but a deep commitment to improving quality of life outcomes for participants as well as their care teams. She has worked with major providers and has extensive experience navigating NDIS frameworks, restrictive practice reporting, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Her leadership and advocacy roles – including at ADHD Australia – demonstrate her broader contribution to systemic change and best-practice support.
Currently completing her BCBA hours, Jazz is seeking opportunities to continue delivering meaningful, values-driven behaviour support with a strong focus on inclusion, person-centred practice, dignity, and functional outcomes.
