Her extensive experience in the Community Services sector, including roles as a team Leader and Case Manger across diverse areas such as Out of Home Care, Specialist Homelessness Service, and Supported Independent Living, has honed her skills in understanding and addressing complex challenges. Maddie’s Passion lies in unravelling the reasons behind concerning behaviour, whether they affect the individuals or those around them. She employs a holistic, person-centred approach, creating responses and skill building strategies that leverage each person’s unique strengths. In her pervious roles, Maddie actively contributed to the implementation of Positive Behaviour Support Plans, showcasing her commitment to accessibility. She ensures plans are not only effective but also easy to comprehend, adapting language and literacy levels to meet the needs of support staff.
