Tish has extensive experience across the disability, aged care and not for profit sectors. Most recently, she spent almost nine years as an administrator with a not for profit building program, supporting older people and people living with disability to access essential home modifications.
She also brings hands-on experience in NDIS plan management, complemented by a strong finance background spanning more than 10 years. This combination allows Tish to confidently navigate funding, administration and compliance, while ensuring people remain at the centre of every decision.
Tish is passionate about making processes clear, supportive, and stress-free. She prides herself on being approachable, organised and genuinely committed to achieving positive outcomes for participants and their families.
