Kelly is a qualified Developmental Educator and Behaviour Support Practitioner with Insightful Impact, providing services in Oran Park, Macarthur/Wollondilly, and nationally via telehealth. Kelly works alongside neurodivergent individuals and families to create behaviour support plans and strategies that are safe, practical, and focused on understanding the function of behaviour in a respectful, strengths-based way.
An NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Practitioner, Kelly delivers functional behaviour assessments, behaviour support plans, and training that centres the individual while building capacity in both informal and formal support networks. She brings warmth, clarity, and lived experience to her work—supporting families who often have multiple members with diagnoses and complex needs.
Kelly has worked in the early childhood and disability space since 2007. Her roles have included developmental educator, therapist, and Support Coordinator, equipping her with a thorough applied understanding of NDIS legislation, plan implementation, and diverse service delivery models. She blends clinical expertise with practical insight to empower families and teams to implement strategies with confidence.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Inclusive Education and Disability Studies, a Graduate Certificate in Autism Studies, and is a registered Developmental Educator with DEAI. Her passion lies in helping autistic families thrive and feel understood.
