Jessica is a New Entry Behaviour Support Practitioner with Insightful Impact and is currently working towards Core Practitioner status under the NDIS.
Jessica has worked as a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher within the sector for 10 years bringing a strong foundation in child development, inclusive practice, and family-centred support into her behaviour support work.
Jessica is deeply committed to person-centred, rights-based practice, with a strong passion in empowerment and supporting individuals to participate meaningfully in their communities and daily living routines. She understands behaviour as a form of communication and applies a strengths-based, proactive approach to supporting positive outcomes.
Jessica works collaboratively with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop supports that are respectful, evidence-informed, and tailored to each person’s unique needs.
As she transitions into behaviour support, Jessica is committed to ongoing professional development and supervision, continuing to build her skills in functional behaviour assessment, positive behaviour support planning, and ethical decision-making.
Jessica is passionate about making a meaningful difference and supporting individuals to build functional, meaningful replacement behaviours and develop daily living skills that enhance independence and overall quality of life.
